Seth Engelbrecht has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry having been in his current role of Business Banker at First Bank since 2015. Seth works with many construction related companies in his current role helping them with a all of their banking and borrowing needs. Growing up Seth’s family build several houses for various family members and was very active in Habitat for Humanity which got Seth interested in the home building industry. Seth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Wartburg College and graduated from W-SR High School.

After building homes for his family's construction business, he earned degrees in finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa. My story begins in the late '90s when I arrived in the U.S. as a refugee from Bosnia, finding a new home in the Cedar Valley, a place I grew up in and still call home. It’s here that I’ve built a life with my husband, Esnad, and our three children: Inaaya, Daniel, and Zayn.
